Fees

The first appointment will be an initial assessment session. During this session we explore together what brings you to therapy and what you are looking to explore and understand. It is an opportunity for us both to establish whether we feel I am someone who can support you.

I charge £60 - £70 for this initial session and all subsequent sessions; all sessions are 50 minutes long.

I will aim to review our work after each block of 6 sessions to see how we feel the work is going. I am aware therapy can be a taxing and expensive process and it is important to review this to make sure you are well supported.

Fees are payable by cash on the day of your counselling session or by bank transfer 24 hours in advance.

I currently offer limited counselling and psychotherapy appointments which can be organized upon contact. 

Concessions are available upon request. These are mainly reserved for students and those on low incomes but I am happy to discuss this further to meet individual needs.
