About Me

I am an accredited Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a result, I have been trained in a range of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, existential psychoanalytic and humanistic. I have over 1000 hours of supervised client work and feel confident working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, abuse, trauma, addiction and more.

I am fully insured to work as a psychotherapist by a reputable insurance provider. Please ask if you require more details.
