About Me

I am an accredited Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a result, I have been trained in a range of modalities including psychodynamic, CBT, existential psychoanalytic and humanistic. I have over 400 hours of supervised client work and feel confident working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, domestic violence, abuse, trauma, addiction, BPD and more.

I am fully insured to work as a psychotherapist by a reputable insurance provider. Please ask if you require more details.

I am an accredited member of the NCPS, a registered member of the BACP and a trainee member of the UKCP.
